How this tool works
The planner accepts a model migration's regression sample, pass/fail threshold, latency/cost guardrails, canary status and rollback status. It produces a readiness summary and a sequenced plan. A sunset date is optional and entered by the user; the tool does not verify provider announcements or automatically schedule work. Quantified regression thresholds are project-specific choices, not universal safe values.
Limitations and responsible use
Do not use this planner to infer that a given model is available, supported, contractually permitted or due for retirement. Test prompts, tool schemas, structured output, safety, rate limits and hidden dependencies. The pass rate alone cannot replace severity-specific failure gates.
