Which test cases are missing before we call an AI feature ready?

Calculation and methodology

Create a bounded cross-product of selected user groups, tasks and locales, then append risk-oriented test cases. Each row includes a scenario, a candidate evaluation rubric and blank fields for a human-labelled expected outcome and observed result. Export a JSON or CSV starting register. This generates test specifications; it does not produce verified gold answers or run a model.

Limitations and responsible interpretation

Cases and rubrics are draft prompts for human evaluation designers. Remove irrelevant combinations, add production examples with permitted privacy safeguards, and obtain independent reviewer agreement. Do not treat autogenerated expectations as validated ground truth.
