What decision does this help answer?
If an AI agent takes a harmful action, what should happen first and who needs to respond?
Calculation and methodology
Apply an explicitly illustrative priority scale to affected users, sensitive-data exposure, unauthorized actions, service outage and financial impact. Build an ordered response plan: contain, revoke, preserve evidence, notify owners, remediate, test recovery and conduct a post-incident review.
Limitations and responsible interpretation
The severity rules are not standardized across organizations or jurisdictions. Reporting duties depend on applicable law and contractual requirements. This planner cannot perform incident containment, diagnose a compromise or establish breach-notification deadlines.
